The world is at a tipping point

It’s clear that change is needed to keep us living in a fair and safe world and we don’t need to wait for governments or legal systems to create the conditions for change. Change starts with us. What we need is creativity, clarity and courage to be able to make the change a reality.

I’ve spent my career taking complex challenges and turning them into simple, actionable steps. I bring fresh ideas and practical tools to help you not only navigate complexity—but make a real, measurable difference across your whole organisation and team.

A bit about me

I started out as an archaeologist, getting a PhD that explored the systems and historical forces behind the political divide in Cyprus, where I’m from. I ended up as a strategic sustainability after stints in the civil service, regulatory and charity sectors.

Across my whole career, my focus has stayed the same: understanding complexity, simplifying it, and using that clarity to spark positive change.

My belief is simple: even when systems fail, people and teams can still create impact
